CROS Ministries canceled their summer camp for at-risk students in Palm Beach County. They are getting these students admitted to other camps and decided the best way they can support this is to provide snacks to these camps. They are asking for donations of snacks (all individually packaged and no peanuts or peanut butter), including crackers, breakfast bars, and mini cans of Pringles. You may leave your donation in the Lobby on Sunday mornings or bring them to the church office during the week.

Babylon: Daniel's Courage in Captivity is this summer's VBS theme. Join us from 9 a.m. to noon from June 12th to June 16th. Kathy Baldwin and Grace Hood are our co-directors. We are inviting you to prayerfully consider being part of our leadership team. As we take the children on a trip to Ancient Babylon, we need actors, artisans, musicians, Bible teachers, game players, decorators, and snack makers. Contact Grace Hood to see how you can help.

Your pastors have published several resources to help you with your personal growth in your walk with Christ.
Nurture Faith: Five Minute Meditations to Strengthen your Walk with Christ by Dr. Doug Hood and his son, Nathanael Cameron Hood (2022). "In this book, you will see evidence of the personal spirituality and literary talents of both the father and son," says Dr. Michael B. Brown.
Confronting Life's Challenges: Sermons on the Struggles We Face by Dr. Doug Hood, Rev. Greg Rapier, and Mr. John Randolph (c. 2020). Dr. Tom Tewell says, "These sermons are practical to the core. They do not shy away from the tough questions and perplexing issues which confront us each day."
Any royalties from the sale of the books are used for the ministry and mission of First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach.
